Your trust in our brand allows us to grow and create beautiful things. We make each piece of our jewelry as precious and special as the moment it commemorates. 

ORDERS

Orders can be placed at any time and date through our online shop.

All items will be shipped as soon as they are completed. The estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the item has shipped. 

Orders placed during the holiday season may take longer than usual, and you will receive a notification in advance of purchase if this is the case.

YAMA reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by any customer if the site’s terms have been violated, or as otherwise, determined by the company.

GUARANTEE

Our guarantee provides any repairs or replacements of manufacturer defects

Quality is extremely important to us. If your jewelry is damaged or needs to be repaired, we would be happy to fix it within 1 year of purchase. This does not include misuse or mishandling of the piece. 

YAMA’s guarantee covers strengthening the setting of your stones during the first year of purchase, only if the piece did not suffer any damage. We highly recommend coming in every 6 months to make sure the stones aren’t loose.

We will not cover any repairs or alterations done outside of YAMA.

YAMA will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of stones.

WARRANTY

Our warranty lasts 1 year from the date of purchase. If you would like us to repair your item, you must bring it in or cover the shipping costs. Warranty includes any repairs or replacements of manufacturer defects, or strengthening of the setting. 

Warranty does not cover lost items or improper use or storage of your item.

We will not cover any repairs or alterations done outside of YAMA.

YAMA will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of stones.

INSURANCE

YAMA does not take responsibility for any stone loss.

We recommend insuring your jewelry in case of theft, accidents, or stone loss, as these things are considered the client’s responsibility.

RESIZING

We can resize rings within up to 2 sizes.

Any standard alterations of bracelets and necklaces can be made. 

Customers will be charged for any alterations made. 

Only certain pieces can be resized. It is the client’s responsibility, prior to purchase, to find out whether or not their piece can be altered.

SALES TAX

For all international sales, local duties and fees will apply and be paid on the customer’s behalf.Prices shown do not include tax in countries outside of Israel.

DISCOUNTS

Purchasing a product that is on sale or discount is returnable for an in-store credit only and within 48 hours. Items on sale are not refundable.

YAMA keeps her rights for any changes according to inventory or demand for any sales changes in pricing or timing of sales.

PRIVACY POLICY

A digital invoice will be sent to your email after making a purchase. Any personal information collected during purchase will be used to maintain, administer, and service our site for any digital marketing and media used by YAMA. All information will be protected.

All products are YAMA exclusive designs and are protected by international copyright laws. 

YAMA has full creative ownership and copyrights to all of our jewelry, sketches, 3D renders, pictures, text, product information, web content, and code. 

YAMA reserves the right to make use of any custom designs for further orders.
