YAMA jewelry requires hours of work and commitment in order to fulfil your orders with the utmost respect and care for the piece you have purchased. If you feel your item arrived damaged in any way, please let us know immediately. YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR MAIN CONCERN.
We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours (for domestic orders) or 7 days (for international orders) of the delivery of your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. After returning an item, it will be inspected and you will be entitled to a refund with the cost of shipping deducted.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Pieces that cannot be returned or refunded:
Any YAMA piece that includes personalization of any kind (engraving, sizing alterations, gemstones, engagement rings, custom-made pieces).
Samples on final sale.
Any item purchased on sale during the Final November Sale.
Domestic (within Israel) items over 3000 nis, according to the Israeli law.
Deposits / down payments given for custom-made jewelry or engagement rings are non-refundable.
Damaged Items & Repairs:
Quality is extremely important to us. If your jewelry is damaged, we would be happy to fix it within our 1 year warranty. To request a repair, please email us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Returns:
Please note that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for all orders.
We are able to claim a return for you, but the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If a package sent by a customer is lost or sent to the wrong address, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
You may cancel your order and receive a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
The account used to purchase your items will be refunded, minus the shipping cost only if the item has shipped. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
